    Steaks very very good and we are picky. Clean place mac and cheese very good side. Great place to visit if you are in town. Much better than the shady seafood places along the way. You won't be dissapointed.

    I have always been a fan of Longhorn and have eaten at Longhorns all across the country. I have relied on their steaks as always being done exactly as I like, and the Wild West Shrimp are as good an appetizer that you will find anywhere. However, my wife, son and I went to the Myrtle Beach Longhorn recently and received perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced. The wait for the server was interminable! The food took forever to come out. (The restaurant was 1/3 full, but obviously understaffed,....the kitchen was must have been in the weeds, and the server was inattentive and clueless, and no one checked in to see if we were OK). This will be the last time I eat at Longhorn in Myrtle Beach,...and if I want the shrimp appetizer, I will pass on Longhorn and go to other local restaurants that feature similar appetizers.

    When every other place to dine at Myrtle Beach is packed, and the average wait time is 1 hour, this is the place to go. The food is great, the steaks are cooked just right, the staff is very nice, and the wait time was 10 minutes.

    Had a fantastic dinner with a group of 6 on a guys week! Most guys ordered steak, I ordered a grilled shrimp dish with asparagus and wasn't disappointed! Service ambiance and experience was just as expected! If you want steak at a decent price and a good piece of Key Lime pie you have the place!

    Went there at 5:20pm and about10 people ahead of us. But nobody was being seated and I could count about 7 booths and table empty plus about 4 groups of folks finished eating and left, and about 20 more people came in, so we all were standing in the foyer. After 25 minutes we were seated and I counted 11 tables and booths empty. The welcome staff was not in any rush to get people seated. Tje waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable of meal and special items. Drinks came quick and order was taken; fillet (medium rare, steamed broccoli, low calorie salad with raspberry vineagarett and Manhattan style stuffed mushroom fillet, loaded baked potato, house salad with bleu cheese. Salads came super quick, good size not to big to fill you up before the entrees. Salads finished, steaks arrive. Mushroom fillet a little over cooked more medium than medium rare. Great flavor. The other fillet was cooked weird, half of it was rare and the other half was medium. The waitress offered to take it back and the manager offered to take it back but decided to eat it. It was a good steak and had a good taste just not cooked consistent. Probably will give it another try just for comparison sake.

    Had dinner with a group in the Bar restaurant seating. Great service and excellent mixed drinks. Entire party was very satisfied will all aspects of our evening. I had the Fire Grilled Bone-In Ribeye and it was excellent!! This restaurant was busy for GOOD reason!!

    Food was delicious and I did enjoy the meal. I ordered the fire-grilled corn, it never touched a flame in the kitchen!! The manager came out and would NOT acknowledge that there was a problem with it!!! I ordered the fillet medium well (more to the well side) it too was seasoned but was only seared on one side!

    We were impressed with the service. The people were friendly and responsive. Especially our waiter, Thomas B.,. He catered to our needs with refilling our drinks, making sure we got exactly what we ordered and coming by often to check on us to see if we need anything else. We got steak and salmon, and both were delicious! We definitely will come back there@ again.

    We so rarely dine out so it was a planned treat last night to eat here - it used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Huge disappointment! My steak was over cooked and my bf's was undercooked. Baked sweet potato was so over cooked it was like mush and it still had root stems hanging off of it which made me wonder if they clean them before baking. When the waiter cleared the table he asked if I wanted to take the potato home. I told him no thank you and that it was the worst thing I've ever tasted.... he thought that was hilarious! LoL. I was sad to discover this place has taken such a dive.

    Food: It was great Service: Pleasant Speed: Horrible. It took forever to get our orders in, forever to get our meal, and forever to get the check. AND ... there were very few people in the restaurant.

    Have been to this location in the past but this past Friday night the restaurant reeked. The smell was so bad we left without ordering. The place looked run down and the rugs were filthy. Went to T-Bonz instead and had a great meal

    I ordered the 8oz filet and my son had the 11oz steak. Both were cooked perfectly as ordered. Very tasty on both. Salads were nice and fresh. Baked potato cooked just right. The fresh bread super. Service could not have been any better. We will return.

    Where to start? Horrible service and by horrible I mean the absolute worst service I've ever had. Meal started of with the waiter Jason who came and greeted us about 10 minutes after we sat with bussed items in his hands which was funny because throughout our entire meal the plates from appetizers and bread piled up and he was nowhere to be found. After ordering drinks and staring at my girlfriends I'd for about 45 seconds, she's 30 he went and wasn't seen until the drinks arrived. I asked for more bread which was never brought and my girlfriend was left with her remaining drink in a shaker which she spilled and no one came over to help us clean it up when we asked. We went to the hostess stand to get napkins. The waiter was seen 3 times throughout the service to take the order, to drop off the drinks and appetizer and to drop off the check. Another person refilled them. When I complained to the manager he told me the waiter was really busy and dealing with multiple tables but throughout our meal he was 2 booths down chatting it up with a table for 3-5 minute in depth convos. All in all this was a horrible experience which they did somewhat make it right by sending us some vouchers for 35 dollars to use within 90 days not including alcohol. For that I will give them an additional star but if your an out of towner id stay away from the chains and go to the local places that appreciate people on vacation looking to spend their money.

    It was a great experience, everyone was very nice and the food was amazing. Our waiter Thomas B. was a great guy. I wish there were more waiters like him in other restaurants. I highly recommend this establishment.

    Had one of the best meals in awhile. The Flo's filet was perfect. It did come to me a little over cooked but when that first bite was taken it was like butter in my mouth, so it didn't matter. Without having to say a word the waitress let the manager know that she saw it was over cooked. The lobster was just as good and a great compliment to the steak. Our waitress (Amanda D.) was great and never once did we have to ask for anything. I would highly recommend this place.

    Enjoyed lunch with my son yesterday and really liked the chicken/avocado sandwich (on a pita) while he enjoyed the flat iron steak. I am never disappointed when we come for lunch or dinner. I had a hard time picking something beside my normal parmesan crusted chicken breast. I'm glad I did though.

    I had dinner with my son there this past week. The food was good, my steak was overdone and the meals were a bit pricey for what we received. The waitress couldn't do enough for us. She was the star of this establishment.

    I'm not normally too harsh on places that are franchises because normally they run about the same however I will never eat at this location again not only did our food come out cold it came out wrong two out of the four steaks at our table were cooked poorly and we were not given any reduce bill for anything. Because of time I ate my mother steak that was a little bit over medium she had ordered it rare and I had ordered mine medium rare by the time the second steak came out everyone at the table was completely done eating and she didn't enjoy her meal. The manager totally clueless that anything was going on. Fix your sign so it doesn't look like it says Longho and upgrade your managers. To add insult whatever we received our drinks at the table every single drink was wrong and we never received a refill. Terrible place don't waste your time or your money go next-door to Logans they can get your steak right 75% of the time.

    I understand the servers being very busy during vacation time. But, our server was beyond rude. My husband tried to ask a question about the sides they offered and she didn't even let him finish. Just interrupted him. It's a chain restaurant, so it's chain food. We had received a gift card for Christmas so decided to just use it. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of the sweet lady that delivered our food. She brought our food, cleared the salad plates, and refilled out drinks. The server never came back to ask if our food was ok. Just dropped off the check. Seemed pissy when she saw the gift card.

    Worse service ever! Don't even go there. My friend and me went there for dinner Sunday night. It was slow, place was empty, staff was walking around doing nothing. We got sited, and waited like 15 minutes for someone to ask if we want something to drink. Ten minutes later they brought our drinks. Through the dinner I saw waiter twice: one time to bring food and another time to bring the bill. No "thank you", no "have a good day", he just picked up check and left. And while we were there table next to us was covered with dirty dishes and no one touched it! Awful service!!!
